The "Gocce d'Oro" oils are intended for attentive consumers who are able to appreciate the precious characteristics such as the green color, the fruity aroma reminiscent of freshly cut grass, the slightly bitter and spicy taste and the low acidity that only our organic extra virgin olive oils can express and preserve. The difference is noticeable in every drop of our olive oils.

The oils are obtained from olive trees growing on the hills of the Fatalia Valley in the Nebrodi Mountains of Sicily, about 300m above sea level.

The sense of tradition, respect for the environment and innovative skills are the ingredients that the farm uses in the care of the olive groves and in the various phases of harvesting, milling and storage of the oil produced.
